  • Evaluators answer questions regarding driver’s license history, revocation, cancellation, suspension, and reinstatement
  • Calls accepted Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Number is often busy; dialing repeatedly is recommended 
  • When prompted, state “agent” and have your driver’s license number available and wait up to five minutes to speak with an evaluator
